I have come to know the school strike movement in London some what well but other than a one off fridays for future protest I joined in Florence, Italy my knowledge of the movement ends at the M25. I find it amazing that I can travel to many parts of Britain on a Friday there will be in some capacity a group of people formed in the town centre protesting for climate justice. To be able to join in and witness the movement in Oxford was inspiring. To see young activists take the lead in a movement that is every inch theirs and co-ordinate actions is so brave and overhwelmingly empowering. It gives me hope that by unashmadely presenting our cause to world non-stop we will ensure that we cannot be ignored and win this battle.
